There’s a number of parking spaces along the streets joining City Panorama; those are Mislavskiy, Yapeev, Chernyshevskiy (along the Black Lake park) and Dzerzhinskiy streets. On weekdays from 8:00 to 19:00 parking is paid – from 50 to 70 rubles per hour (depending on the street), it’s free on Saturday and Sundays.
