The safety of our guests, staff and exhibitions are very important to us.

• We observe all the fire safety regulations; CCTV is in operation in all the rooms of City Panorama. You can find emergency evacuation plans at all the levels of the building. In case of emergency please follow the signs and directions from the staff and the audio announcements.
• We don’t let in visitors bringing any sharp objects. Large bags must be left in the lockers or the check-room.
• If you see anything suspicious during your visit please contact a member of staff.
